Awards and Distinctions

BASIS graduates earn impressive awards and distinctions based on their academic achievement throughout their high school careers.

AP Scholars

The College Board designates students as AP Scholars depending on the number of AP exams they take and their performance on those exams. In 2015, students at the BASIS Charter Schools were nearly two times more likely to earn AP Scholar awards than other students participating in AP testing, and nearly nine times more likely to be designated as National AP Scholars, the highest award level.
