BASIS Phoenix Central

BASIS Phoenix Central

BASIS Phoenix Central, in its third year, now serves more than 900 students in grades K–8. Currently, BASIS Phoenix Central's 8th grade students are participating in CourtWorks, an ASU Law mock trial program sponsored by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Mary Murguia. About 300 8th grade students from local schools participate in a mock trial at the U.S. Federal Courthouse in downtown Phoenix to take on the roles of the prosecution and defense.

To continue building support within the community, BASIS Phoenix Central has implemented a series of themed coffee chats hosted by the school leadership to bring families and faculty together. Additionally, the annual BASIS Phoenix Central World Fair will represent a record 22 different cultural booths that celebrate the school's diversity.
